Hello. I am a Doctoral Candidate for the DBA program at Temple University. I am doing research for my doctoral dissertation. Please see below if you would like to help with that research process.

I am investigating how burnout and absurdity affect nurses in hospital systems. I will be conducting 3 phases of my research. 1) Interviews with nurses to discover themes and connections. 2) Test run of new scale to measure these effects. 3) Large sample using new scale to validate that it works.
