Did you know?
Actually 'hearing' something can take as much as 50 ms, and travels a greater distance in the brain than 'seeing' something does. Why wouldn't we teach the faster way?
We change lives
D. M. Arney began to teach others while he was still a learner. It was the best way for him to understand the material in as many ways as possible. Along with other pursuits, he was always drawn to teaching, to sharing things in new and different ways. When he became a classroom teacher, that was when he saw a need for something different in education.
Teachers have fallen into a standards mandated rut that ignores how each learner is an individual, and teaching to their individual needs is lost when relying upon curriculum developed in sterile environments without the aid of real student contact. As good as the developers might be, it will never be enough, and it will never be universal.
What he also saw, was that one teacher was never going to be enough either. No matter how amazing, there would always be students that didn't or couldn't respond to him. The passion for recognizing individuality drove him to begin working with teams of professional educators to offer more robust, more personalized education. Doctors do it, shouldn't tutors as well?
What is the group?
Imagine Grand Central station. It's a hub that connected with the entire country through the network of rails. A single collection point that resulted in a nearly infinite number of routes toward a very large list of destinations. That's what the group is, a hub, a connection that grows and evolves as people use it.
The corporate model is dying because there are thousands of little niche sellers that can offer what we want at a better price, and even get it to us faster than big retail chains. Apple will soon make education a matter of two clicks, and books from all obscurity will appear at our finger tips. They are a hub, a place where opportunities collide with your needs. Amazon has done this with private book sellers. To exist in the future, you will either be a hub or one of the nodes hubs connect with.
Large, all in one solutions no longer interest us. They can't be everything to everyone, so they become nothing to anyone. We don't offer you what we can sell you, we connect you with what you need to buy. But a hub is more than just networking. A hub is someone you trust to provide you with excellent things. Someone who will offer oversight and commitment to you. Someone who cares about you as an individual.
D. M. Arney Group strives to be a hub for change. There is no fancy out-thinking, or strategic marketing. We just listen to what you want and make sure we connect you with what you're asking for. We are experts who listen. We are your hub for changing your life.
